The company is led by Mike Jacobs, a Senior Emergency Manager with more than 20 years of experience at the local, state, and federal levels. Over the course of his career, Mike has responded to and managed a wide range of disasters, including tornadoes, large-scale flooding, wildland fires, blizzards, and hurricanes. In addition to his leadership in emergency management, he has dedicated 20 years as a volunteer firefighter and served 10 years as an EMT-Basic on a local ambulance. This hands-on experience provides a unique, real-world perspective on how emergencies unfold—and what it truly takes to be prepared when seconds count.
