​​​At Evergreen Preparedness, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience by processing your orders efficiently and ensuring timely delivery. Below is a detailed review of our shipping and delivery policies, so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us.

SHIPPING RATES
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States, as long as the shipping address is a physical location. Unfortunately, free shipping is not available for PO Boxes. Orders under $100 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $8.00

For customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or with APO/FPO addresses, we are unable to provide free shipping due to increased shipping costs. Rates for these locations will be calculated at checkout based on the package weight. We strive to offer competitive rates for all destinations.

PROCESSING TIMES
We work hard to ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed, picked, and packed either the same day or the next business day. For orders placed over the weekend or during Federal holidays, processing will begin as a first priority on the next business day. During peak shopping periods or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to get your items shipped promptly.

SHIPPING TIMES & TRACKING
To minimize delays, some items may ship directly from the manufacturer, which may result in your order arriving in multiple packages. In such cases, you will receive tracking information for each package via email as soon as it ships. Standard shipping times vary by location, but we prioritize getting your products to you as quickly and safely as possible. For updates on your order status, our Customer Care team is always here to help.

BACKORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally, items may become temporarily unavailable. We work diligently to keep product availability updated on our website. If an item in your order is backordered, we will notify you immediately and ship any in-stock items right away. Once the backordered item becomes available, it will ship separately at no additional cost to you. We appreciate your patience as we ensure you receive all the items you’ve ordered.
APO/FPO PO BOX SHIPMENTS
Orders shipped to APO, FPO, or PO Box addresses are sent via USPS Priority or Economy Mail. While we process these orders promptly, delivery to military installations can take up to eight weeks due to on-site processing times. Tracking numbers will be provided for most shipments; however, tracking updates may not be available once the package reaches the military facility. We recommend planning for extended delivery times for these destinations.
HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Certain products, such as ammunition, propane tanks, safety flares, and lithium batteries, are classified as hazardous materials and require special handling. These items are not eligible for free shipping, and additional fees will be calculated at checkout. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship hazardous materials to Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally. Any applicable shipping restrictions will be clearly indicated on the product description page.
LARGE OR HEAVY ITEMS
Large or heavy items that exceed standard shipping size or weight limits may incur additional fees. These items will require shipment via commercial freight truck, and our Customer Care team will contact you with a freight quote for your approval before processing the shipment. We make every effort to provide clear pricing information on product pages to ensure transparency.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If the shipping carrier confirms your product was delivered and you didn't receive it, the package may have been stolen. If the shipping carrier doesn't refund the purchased price within 30-days, we will resend your order to you at no cost. In the event this occurs, we encourage our members to follow the steps below to initiate the policy:
1. File a Stolen Package Claim with the shipper by clicking on the appropriate link below:

2. Once you submit your Stolen Package Claim through the shipping carrier, they will provide you with a
confirmation email. Please forward the email to CustomerCare@EvergreenPreparedness.com
If the shipping carrier doesn't refund the purchased price within 30-days, we will resend your order to you at no cost. If your exact order is not available due to inventory levels, we will issue you store credit for the full purchased amount. This offer is limited to one Stolen Package occurrence per calendar year, per customer/address with a purchase limit of $100. We always encourage customers to include shipping insurance on all purchases over $100.

MISSED DELIVERIES
If a delivery attempt is missed, the carrier will typically leave a "Missed Delivery" card with instructions for rescheduling or picking up your package. Follow the instructions on the card to ensure a smooth redelivery process. If you have concerns or need assistance with a missed delivery, our Customer Care team is happy to help.

REFUSED ORDERS
If an order is returned to us as undeliverable or refused, we will issue a refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping charges. A new order must be placed if you wish to receive the item. These refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
Shipping carriers strive to prevent damages to packages, however sometimes it happens. Although this may not be our error, we still care about our customers so we want to make sure you're taken care of. If your product is damaged during shipping, please follow these quick steps:
1. Take photos of the damaged shipping box and damage to the product. Most shipping carriers will ask for this
when submitting a damage claim.
2. File a Claim with the shipper by clicking on the appropriate link below:

3. Once you submit your claim through the shipper, they will provide you with a confirmation email. Just forward

4. Repackage your item with all accessories and printed materials in its original packaging and affix the Pre-Paid

5. Take your package to any store that offers UPS shipping

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
Our team members and manufacturers pride themselves on quality assurance so defective products are very rare. Just to make sure our customers are covered, we provide a no-cost 1-Year Product Warranty for all products we carry.
