We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders within the contiguous United States.

 

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer free shipping under certain circumstances, such as:

• Free shipping is not available for PO Boxes

• We are unable to offer free shipping to customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or to APO/FPO addresses. Shipping rates for these destinations are calculated at checkout based on package weight. While we strive to maintain competitive pricing for all locations, the full cost of delivery to these areas exceeds what we can sustainably provide. However, we do subsidize a portion of the shipping costs to help keep rates as reasonable as possible.

• Large or heavy items that exceed standard shipping size or weight limits may not qualify for free shipping. If so, this will be indicated on the Product Information page.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

We work hard to ensure your orders are processed as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed, pulled, and packed either the same day or the next business day. For orders placed over the weekend or during Federal holidays, processing will begin as a first priority on the next business day. During peak shopping periods or sales events, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to get your items shipped promptly.

At Evergreen Preparedness, we believe returns should be fast, fair, and hassle-free. Our 60-Second Pre-Paid Product Return Policy is built around three core commitments designed to respect your time and ensure your satisfaction.

• 14-Day Pre-Paid Return Shipping

Core Commitment #1: 30-Day Return

Customers may return any eligible product within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund of the purchased price. No restocking fees, no processing fees, and no unnecessary back-and-forth.

 

Core Commitment #2: 14-Day Pre-Paid Return Shipping

Start your return within 14 days of your delivery, and Evergreen Preparedness will pay for return shipping by providing you a pre-paid UPS return label.

If your return is initiated after this 14-day window, you may still return the item within 30 days, but return shipping will be your responsibility.

 

Core Commitment #3: 60-Second Return Submission

Your time matters, which is why we created 60-Second Returns™. Our return form is intentionally designed to be completed in 60-seconds or less, allowing you to start the return process quickly and get on with your day.
